Helping You Build Godly Foundations for the Lives of Your Children

The main objective of Mill Creek Baptist's children's ministries is to help you build Godly foundations for the lives of your children so that each child, as led by the Holy Spirit, will trust Jesus as their Lord and Savior and grow in His likeness.  We believe that children are very special.  They will one day be the young men and young women who will be leading our churches, our homes and our nations.  We must prepare and train them to lead in the future, by building a solid, godly foundation for them to learn, grow and build their lives upon.

We are committed to helping each child grow spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. Our desire is to provide meaningful and loving Christian experiences for each of your children.

We teach our children RESPECT...to respect God, others, and themselves.  We believe that these three simple guidelines will help them here and in life ahead.

Deuteronomy 6:4-9

4 "Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one!  5 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. 6 "And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. 7 You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. 8 You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. 9 You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

Our Class Descriptions

Children's Church:  (Ages 3 yrs. - 5th Grade)

Sunday at 8:15, 10:00 & 11:45 am

We begin each Sunday with a time of worship (singing, pledges, offering, and prayer) and an introduction of the lesson.  Then the curriculum focuses on Bible characters and their relationsip to God.  During the month of December we focus on the GREATEST gift--Christ Himself.  In addition, we want to help our children learn to give, like Christ.  So we have encouraged them to give to others through opportunities we have provided and to make giving a part of their "wish list."

Mission Warriors:  (Ages 3 yrs. - 5th Grade) Sunday at 6:30 pm
